If I have to describe Sheetal in one sentence, then I would say "Sheetal is the Amazon of Real Estate". From finding our first home to everything else that follows, my go to person was and is still her.

My family moved to Calgary in 2021 and the moment we became eligible to buy a house, I posted an ad on Facebook and few people reached out. I  remember my first conversation with her was late by few mins and I thought maybe agents in Calgary are very busy and might not entertain my request. She called and her first immediate response was an apology for being late, she then spent almost 75 mins (after office hours) explaining the housing market in Calgary and cities close to Calgary. She patiently listened to what we wanted and even suggested a very talented mortgage broker (Kanchan Bhatia), I was impressed with the real estate knowledge that she has, and so began our house hunt, it took us 5 months to find a home that fits/matches our needs. She is an incredibly patient human being, a beam of positivity, even when the market reached its peak, multiple offers on the table, we were losing bids, people were bidding 100K over asking, she was determined that, she will find us our dream home.

After a long, tiring and what we felt was an impossible task, we found our dream home, everything went smoothly, We wanted to make some personal touches to the house, who do we call - the one and only Sheetal.

Sheetal, do you know any contractors who can make few changes? Sheetal, we would like to change the Carpet, do you know anyone? Sheetal, where can I find good furniture? Sheetal, do you happen to know any cleaners? Sheetal, How about movers? etc etc. She never hesitated, with a smile on her face, she went over and above in helping us with everything we needed. This is all after the closing was done.

She is the epitome of best customer service. Apart from all the good qualities that Sheetal possess, the one that truly sets her apart is her honesty, she is NOT the one who wants to mint money out of you. She will provide you her honest professional opinion without imposing it.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to buy their home in Alberta.

Taking possession of our first home in Calgary wasn’t a great experience because the sellers agent did not do their part.
